A: For most items , Our Team will provide you a quotation within 24 hours upon receipt of your inquiry that includes detail fabric information such as material type , width , composition etc.

Q: Can we get a sample for reference ? Who takes care of shipping cost of sample ?
A: Sure , free A4 sample and color swatches are available to all our customers . The buyer pays for the shipping cost of requested samples if it's the first business between us  .  However , we do return the shipping portion you paid at sample stage when it comes to bulk orders .

Q: How do you do to secure the quality of your products ?
