1.          Usage & Meaning of Model

 The product is modern and ideal power supply used in electroplated quality, aluminium-anode dealing, elecrolysis ,smelting the rare earth, electrocoating,and protection for chemical device against anode corrosive. Supplying power into the accumulator, and adjusting the speed for  direct-current machinery etc, like those lieus that is waiting to need direct current power supply.

3)      Properties

²     Automatically stabilizing voltage and current capacity;

l      Constant-voltage and current-limiting: When the series rectifier working under the status of constant voltage, it can output different current capacity according to the different load, however, its output voltage is constant. It can automatically start the current-limiting function if load flow reaches or even exceeds 10% of rated value, in the other words, its maximum current will not be allowed to exceed the rated value;

l      Stationary current and voltage-limiting: When the series rectifier working under the status of stationary current, it may output different voltage according to the different load, however, its output current is stationary. It may automatically start the voltage-limiting function if load flow reaches or even exceeds the rated value, in the other words, its maximum voltage will not be allowed to exceed the rated value;

²     Reliable protective functions towards over current and short-circuit: The product may automatically block outgoing impulse and keep operating time 10 ms till it turns power supply off if load current exceeds 50% of rated value;

²     Lack phase protective function: The product may automatically block outgoing impulse and keep operating time 10 ms till voltage of three phase power recover to the normal status;

²     Attached remote unit or attached central controlled system that can control several sets of machinery at same time; (You must illustrate when order)

²     Double vacuum dipping lacquer and then baking applied in the main transformer of the product;

²     Tri-phase Integrated Trigger Controller has multi protective functions; having such virtues as anti-interference, presetting conveniently and etc.

²     Soft start: it may prevent efficiently accident due to high current;

²     Elegant contour and its rotproofness.

3.         Working Principle

1)   Applied  controlled thyristor system to regulate voltage and communating-output in the main circuit;

Take both voltage and current signal from the output part of controlling circuit; compared the signal to mode of constant-voltage and stationary-stream, regulate operating signal by PI and managed by IC item, transmit controlled signal to regulate conduction angle of controlled thyristor component, and satisfy what you require.

3)      Protective Circuit

²   Short Circuit Protective System  When the rectifier occurs such problem as short-circuit, its voltage feedback signal will block controlled signal. It will low outgoing voltage to near zero. After  having managed these troubles, you can restart the rectifier.

²      Lack Phase Protective System 

If the situation of lack phase occurs in tri-phase input, controlled system will automatically block trigger signal to output nothing. Under the situation, you must turn off power supply at once to avoid damaging the fan of rectifier.

4.         Application Requirements

1)      Not above 1000 meter of sea level;if exceed 1000meter,will low capacity to use.

2)       Relative moisture not above 85%(when the ambient temperature is 20±5℃); Ambient temperature not exceed 40℃

3)      Good ventilation, no explosive gas, no flammable and corrosive medium, no electrical dust in the operating environment;
